Introduction

This Pricing Structure and Terms document outlines the costs associated with Byltz Cashless SRL's products and services, including POS system leasing and software services. This document is complementary to our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Cookie Policy, Support Policy, Hardware Lease Agreement, EULA, and Terms of Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Pricing Structure - POS System Leasing

• Late Fees: 1% per day for late returns (15 days after operations)

• Delivery Fees: Costs vary based on location and shipping method (third-party shipping company or Byltz Cashless SRL delivery)

• Card Processing integration: Each POS device may have the possibility of integrating card payment processing. This will incur a recurring yearly fee of 100€ per activated Terminal. Each activated Terminal in the name of the same customer will be reusable for his future operations. Card payments will be processed by our Partner Hobex and a separate contract with them has to be drawn up.

Pricing Structure - Service Subscription

Description (Price in EURO per activation)
Free (free up to 500 activations, then 2.80)
Base [all inclusive] (2.80)

• Recommendation: We strongly recommend our customers to introduce an activation fee for every first top up an attendee makes. This way the costs of our system are already partially covered by the attendees.

• Activation: Is defined as the first time an attendee interacts with the payment system. For Example the first top up he performs.

• Late Fees: 1% per day for late payments (15 days after operations)

Billing and Payment

All Fees are billed depending on the software subscription you choose.

• Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer (SEPA)

• Payments must be made within 15 days of receipt.

Late Payments
We will generally apply a 1% per day late fee for payments unless specified otherwise. If payment is not received within 15 days of the due date, Byltz Cashless SRL reserves the right to suspend or terminate services.

Cancellation and Refunds

• POS System Leasing: Early termination of the lease must be communicated in writing. Prepaid fees for the remaining lease term will not be refunded.

• Software Service Subscription: Cancellations must be communicated in writing. No refunds are provided for partial service.

Special Offers

• All inclusive: When a customer is offered the all inclusive package he will only be billed the costs of the software subscription. This means any costs arising from hardware lease, on site support, on site internet service, shipment or acquisition of RFID Wristbands will be 0.00 EURO. Note that this offer does not include the costs arising from any additional charges or Sales.

Additional Charges

Maintenance and Repairs (Leased POS Systems)

• The Lessee is responsible for costs associated with repairs due to damage caused by the Lessee.

• Any unreturned or damaged equipment will incur additional charges based on the cost of replacement or repair.

Customization and Integration
Customization of software services or integration with third-party systems may incur additional charges. These will be quoted separately based on the scope of work. A general hourly cost of 80 EUR may apply.
